Violet Kakai, a nurse who was working with International Hospital Kampala (IHK) has died after her husband chopped her to pieces using an Axe in the presence of their children.
IHK management today, Tuesday, announced the death of their nurse Kakai who had worked with the hospital for over ten years.
“It is with profound sadness that the International Hospital Kampala announces the loss of our beloved staff, colleague and friend,Violet Kakai. Violet worked with the hospital for over 10 years. She was kind, humble and dedicated to her work.” Reads the IHK statement in part.
According to reports, the deceased had a very bitter row with her husband, who out of rage got cut her into tiny pieces using a sharp knife.
Reportedly, the children were watching on as their mother was being sliced into pieces over suspicion of cheating following her late night return back home which had been happening for a period of time.
